As of March 2015, we are exclusively focusing our efforts in these areas:

1 - Engaging with customers who desire an FCM Elite solution tailored for their needs
2 - Research and developing enhancements to our Elite products such as our break-through Kerb Blow-Off (KBO) technology
3 - Writing and editing the first of a series of 'The Perfect Ride' books to bring awareness of the need for and impact of optimized vehicle suspension design.
4 - Creating a Ride Quality Campaign where we partner with consumers and advocacy groups to create Ride Quality standards that will improve people's well-being around the world

For small parts needs and spares, contact our official distributor 5X Racing. Direct any related customer service inquires to them for those items. If you need a custom bump stop kit submit your form before. Retailers, please direct your wholesale inquiries to 5X Racing. For tech support and purchasing information, please familiarize yourself with the Application Guide prior to ordering through 5X Racing. We've done our best to make the App Guide simple and useful. The 5X website makes ordering simple and orders are shipped quickly. Email is your best avenue to contact them vs. phone.

Due to strong demand and a need to be efficient, these are the (3) options you can select. Priority is given to future and current FCM Elite customer (Option 1, then Option 2). Info requests (Option 3) without payment of consultation fee may or may not be answered.

Option 1, "I'm ready to join the Elite!" - Purchase a FCM Elite shock tune ($1000 base price per vehicle, labor only) plus 30 min consultation with Shaikh ($125), at $1125 total. Then submit a detailed Elite consultation form for your vehicle. Does NOT include cost of any shocks or hardware needed for your project. Consultation fee is extra. Estimated final costs for your build, if a unique application or added hardware / design work is required, will be given after our initial conversation.

Option 2,"Almost ready, want to talk first and sort out details" - Fill out the contact form below then purchase a non-refundable consulting session of $125 for 30 min or $250 for 1 hour. This fee includes all time spent engaging with you (via email, phone or in-person), performing research to answer your questions and define the scope of work. Our FCM Elite revalve fees for shock tuning will be billed separately. We prefer you fill out an Elite consultation form but we can ask those questions during our phone call as well.

Option 3, 'Really quick Elite question' - For either existing customers or future customers - briefly fill out the contact form below. If we can answer in less than a minute there's no charge, but no technical or setup advice will be given.

Local pick-ups (by appointment only) are available for Elite shock or coilover systems.

Beginning in 2013, I had several epiphanies about how I needed to interact with FCM in the context of my desire to impact the entire world with what I've learned - that handling and comfort CAN co-exist! I knew back in 2004 that somehow I would help bring change across the automotive industry and those partners who understand and share our philosophy are showing up.

Each day we're blessed to be alive and time is the precious gift we're given. How we choose to treat that gift matters. My goal in 2014 was EXPANSION and FCM has definitely taken steps to achieve that. I see expansion continuing, though now in 2015 I seek the best connections and opportunities to achieve INFLUENCE. Having seen poor results from so many vehicles, from kit cars, classic hot rods, Toyota Prius taxis, Tesla Roadsters, limos, shuttles, vans, and other service or passenger-vehicles, I realize there is SO much potential to deliver an Elite experience to many many people. With our new, novel, elegant KBO (Kerb Blow-Off) technology and the creation of a Smooth Ride app, I can demonstrate both the problems and solutions. It's easy to see opportunity to influence the industries in a win-win manner. Neither you or anyone you know has to suffer with jarring or harsh rides. I KNOW the reasons behind these behaviors which is what our non-profit will focus on bringing awareness about and campaign to change.

I'm absolutely convinced that focusing on sustainable engineering, such as with a high-quality Bilstein monotube shocks, will increase the value of an existing car by huge amounts. Safety is increased with more grip, comfort improves dramatically, reliability is maximized so you won't need to throw our shocks away in 20, 30 or even 50,000 miles! This is part of the revolution that is happening on this planet, to focus on long-term planning and making solid investments in our time and resources. I started Fat Cat Motorsports almost 10 years ago because I had to learn the Truth about how cars really handled and rode well, then build that Truth into our products.

I have a talented, dedicated crew at FCM to take care of our Elite customers. You are literally buying our philosophy which allows you to savor the very best of what we can craft. I'm proud to call myself an artist, a Suspension Sculptor and Ride Harmonizer. I do believe we are all meant to be the change we wish to see in the world. I love making people ONE with their rides! Local Elite customers are welcome but you must call ahead and schedule a visit. We are happily giving test rides in our KBO-equipped, FCM Elite tuned BMW E46 sedan 'Christina,' who impresses everyone that experiences her charms.
